Guns N’ Roses are an American rock band formed in the mid 1980’s. Members include vocalist Axl Rose, guitarist Slash, guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler. The band released their debut album in 1987 titled Appetite For Destruction. The album was extremely successful and has sold around 30 million copies making it the best-selling debut of all time in the U.S. Appetite for Destruction charted at number 1 in two countries, the U.S and New Zealand. The album had three of Guns N’ Roses most well known songs including “Welcome to the Jungle”, “Sweet Child of Mine” and “Paradise City”. In 1988 the band released their next album titled G’N’R Lies. The album charted at number 4 on the charts but only had one hit, “Patience”. Guns N’ Roses released their third album, Use Your Illusion I, was part of a toru and was released in 1991. It charted at number two and had three hits including “November Rain”, “Live and Let Die”, and “Don’t Cry”. The band released their fourth album, Use Your Illusion II, the second part to their Use Your Illusion tour in 1992. This album was slightly more popular than the first of the tour. It sold a little more than the first and included the hits “You Could Be Mine”, “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door”, and “Civil War”.Guns N’ Roses has released two albums since then but it took around fifteen years for a new album due to the leave of all member except Axl. Guns N’ Roses was rumoured to get back together in late 2015.
