In 1980 with their new vocalist, AC/DC released their seventh album, Back in Black. The album was a huge success being more popular than any of their previous albums. The album included the hits “Back in Black”, “Shoot to Thrill”, and “You Shook Me All Night Long” The album sold over 22 million copies and is the sixth highest selling album of all time. After the huge success of Back in Black, AC/DC released their next album the following year. Titled For Those About to Rock We Salute You, the album didn’t sell as well as their previous album but still included the hit “For Those About to Rock”. It sold around 4000000 copies in the US. In 1983, the band released their next album titled Flick of the Switch. In 1984 the band released a small album titled 74’ Jailbreak. The band released three more albums in the 1980’s which slowly declined in popularity.
